Erin!!!!!!! I wish KEXP would post the darn video/audio from this awesome show already so you can see/hear us all sobbing/fainting/screaming! Emotions were HIGH.
what I love the most about this writing piece is the fact that I have been on my own similar "high school music" revisiting phase and it definitely hits a bit different two decades later, although, I must admit that my relationship to my favorite bands (or other fans of my favorite bands) is not quite as strong as yours with your husband and favorite band playing at your wedding. But that is an absolute delight, and I love Little Miss Sunshine, I'll have to check out their music.
Here's one of my favorites. For some reason I have always loved sharing my favorite music that not as many people seem to like, so I love it when I convert someone to a listener. https://youtu.be/GikWha5TC94?si=8DyTvOFlGIihOCVr
Hi Joaquin, I hope you're doing well! I've never heard of this band before, and I really enjoyed this! Thank you for sharing it with me!
I think early middle age is all about the music nostalgia, at least it has been for me. Early in the pandemic, one of the things that comforted me most was playing the Pearljam songs I loved in high school and college.
When I was a teen, music was like oxygen for me. I needed it to survive. Then I went for 15 years of just enjoying music but not really living on it anymore. It has come back so hard in the past five years, and I'm so grateful for it. I really don't know if I could have made it through the past few years without the songs that speak to my heart.
HAPPY Birthday Tomorrow!!!!
Great story and Great Details :)
OMG. I had forgotten about this epic wonder. You reminded me of the magic friend!
I'm so glad, friend! We need the magic more than ever.
I love this I love this I love this

Well, yes. For me, definitely yes. But they were especially high, buddy!
